The Coastal Discovery Museum will have one of their docents present this program every Thursday at 3 pm. Hilton Head Island was home to thousands of Union soldiers during the Civil War. Why were they here and how did they spend their time? Artifacts, maps and historic photos reveal the real story of Hilton Head from 1861-1865. Thursdays at 3 pm.
