Help us build healthier lives and end heart disease and stroke one step at a time at the 2019 Palmettto Heart Walk! We aren't just walking. We're Heartwalking! Remember- we're not only raising funds, we're raising heartbeats! It takes place at the Shelter Cove Community Park on April 27th. Check-in starts at 9:00 a.m., and the walk kicks off at 9:30. Registration for the walk is free and a small fee applies for the 5k race. We can't wait to see you there!
