HarbourFest 4th of July Fireworks

Celebrate America's 250th Anniversary at Shelter Cove Harbour & Marina with the beloved HarbourFest fireworks--reimagined with special patriotic flair. As the sun sets over the water, the harbour comes alive with live entertainment, family-friendly fun, and the festive energy of Independence Day.

This milestone celebration weaves in a tribute to the nation's history, with Shannon Tanner's family show featuring special patriotic songs, paired with a fireworks display (show begins when the sky is dark) and fun kids activities with Cappy the Clown. The night will conclude with brilliant bursts of red, white, and blue lighting up the sky above Broad Creek, building to a grand finale that honors 250 years of independence and unity.

Whether you're dining waterfront, watching your child have their face painted by Cappy the Clown or dancing to Shannon Tanner's kids show, HarbourFest at Shelter Cove Harbour & Marina offers a memorable way to celebrate summer--and a historic American milestone--with unforgettable coastal views and patriotic pride.

Shannon Tanner Family Show: Two shows at 6:30 & 8:00 p.m.

Cappy the Clown: 6-9 p.m.

Train & Bounce Houses: Begin at 6 p.m.

Fireworks: Begin when the sky is dark!

To ensure a safe and smooth entry and exit from the event for the July 4^th celebration, Shelter Cove Harbour & Marina offers a free shuttle from the parking lot at the HHI Community Church building near Fresh Market for attendees to be shuttled to the HarbourFest events from 5:30-10:30 pm. Parking is free at this lot, with several shuttles running continuously from 5:30 pm until 10:30 pm.

American flags and paddle fans will be distributed while supplies last.

**Due to safety reasons, please do not fly drones during fireworks shows.**

The July 4^th HarbourFest celebration is free and open to the public. Food and drinks are available for purchase. No coolers allowed. Events are weather permitting and subject to change. ATTENTION! For your safety, anyone walking or biking from Palmetto Dunes on July 4th over to Shelter Cove Harbour & Marina must utilize the pedestrian underpass that passes underneath Hwy 278. The bridge is located near the entrance to Palmetto Dunes (on the right side of the road if you are exiting) and is connected to the bike path.
