March Hilton Head Island Weather
Spring comes early along coastal South Carolina. Visitors to Hilton Head Island during March can expect mild and mostly dry temperatures as the seasons change.
Over the month of March, the temperature on the Island steadily increases from a minimum low of 48 degrees to highs of 68 degrees during the day. Be treated to a few rare days of 80 plus degree weather, but be aware, nights are still on the chilly side.
