This 90-minute experience gives you a behind-the-scenes look at how our spirits are made, a deeper understanding of rum, and a chance to see how the same spirit can shine both neat and in a cocktail.

Your experience begins in the distillery, where you'll walk through our active production space with your guide and get a firsthand look at how our rum comes to life. From fermentation and distillation to blending and bottling, you’ll learn how raw ingredients become the spirits in your glass, along with a little rum history and the story behind Hilton Head Distillery along the way.

With interactive elements and behind-the-scenes access, this is much more than a quick walkthrough. It’s a real look at what goes into every bottle we produce.

Then, the experience moves to our private tasting room overlooking the Still House.

There, you'll sample four Hilton Head Distillery rums, getting to know the different styles, flavor profiles, and personalities of each. Once you've picked your favorite, your guide will walk you through the history and technique behind a classic rum cocktail before crafting one fresh for you to enjoy using your selected spirit.

It’s a chance to experience our rum the way we think it should be enjoyed: first on its own, then in the cocktail glass.
