Mixology Monday with Guest Chef Annette Joseph

Join us on February 9 at 6:00 PM for the return of Mixology Monday, an immersive evening celebrating Italian-inspired flavors and cocktails. This interactive mixology experience will take place in the Heritage Room at the Harbour Town Clubhouse, offering an intimate setting for a night of craft cocktails and culinary storytelling.

Guests will learn to mix three Italian-inspired cocktails, guided by our expert mixologist, complete with professional tips and techniques. The evening will also feature a special guest appearance by Annette Joseph, chef and author of The Sweet Life at La Fortezza. Annette will demonstrate a recipe from her cookbook, while guests enjoy a tasting of the dish along with additional passed hors d'oeuvres inspired by her recipes, thoughtfully paired to complement the cocktails.

Each attendee will receive a recipe sheet and a barware set to take home, making it easy to recreate the cocktails and flavors at home long after the evening ends.
