Heyward House Museum, owned by Historic Bluffton Foundation
The Heyward House Museum, located at 70 Boundary Street, is in the heart of Bluffton’s Nationally Registered Historic District. Operated by the Bluffton Historical Preservation Society, a tour of the Heyward House provides visitors a glimpse into the past. Guided tours of the house and grounds are offered daily for a nominal fee. Guided walking tours of Old Town Bluffton are also available by appointment on Tuesday – Friday. One of only eight antebellum homes to survive the Civil War, this well-preserved house museum also serves as the Town of Bluffton's Offical Welcome Center. Stop by the Heyward House for a visit when you’re in town, and see what the Bluffton State of Mind is all about! Hours of Operation: Monday-Friday:10 am - 5 pm & Saturday: 10 am - 4 pm
