In the elegant setting of the Heritage Room at the Harbour Town Clubhouse, guests will enjoy an exquisite four-course dinner featuring items such as Seared Ahi Tuna, Cuba Libre Short Ribs, and more creating a seamless blend of sound, flavor, and atmosphere.

The evening will be brought to life by Bill Peterson's New Orleans style four-piece jazz band, setting the mood with smooth rhythms, soulful melodies, and timeless classics from start to finish. Executive Chefs Clinton Barabas and Iain Jones have curated a thoughtfully designed menu to complement both the music and the setting, offering an indulgent dining experience that feels both relaxed and sophisticated.
