Fusion SUP Intensive - A day Retreat/immersion event in SUP (stand up paddle boarding), adventure, active living and wellness

Join us for this Day Retreat in Bluffton - A full-day immersion event in SUP (paddle boarding), adventure, active living, and wellness. Complete with fun and play, learning and education, practice, empowerment, community and more right in the Lowcountry! 

This event will also give you a glimpse into what our destination Fusion SUP Retreats in Costa Rica entail!

Here's idea of what we will be doing:

• Sunrise SUP
• SUP Yoga class
• SUP Fitness class
• SUP stroke technique drills session
• Footwork and turn skills lesson
• Beach and ocean paddling, SUP surfing (weather and tide dependent) session
• Land strength training and corrective exercise session for paddlers
• Mobility and stretching session
• Wellness talk on topics including:
• nutrition and fueling,
• hydration,
• rest-based living,
• metabolism,
• balance and moderation
• mindfulness,
• mindset..
• 2 meals and 2 snack breaks
• Take home materials to help you apply and implement what we cover into your life.

• Open to BOTH new and seasoned paddlers
• Anyone who enjoys/does stand up paddle boarding
• Paddlers looking for an empowering, fun, growth and wellness oriented event
• Newbies to paddling

Time:

• Sunrise to sunset. 6 am to 8 pm

Cost: $299  (price increases to $359 Sunday, September 10th)
