The 30th Annual Hilton Head Island Wine & Food Festival, taking place March 9-15 brings together wine, spirits and food lovers and celebrity wine experts at one of the largest outdoor wine festivals on the East Coast, featuring 500+ wines. The 2015 festival spans the week  and offers an impressive line-up featuring world-class vineyards, local and regional celebrity chefs, live entertainment and an array of visual and performing artists. The highly-acclaimed International Wine Judging Competition precedes the 2015 festival February 6 – 8. Proceeds from festival events will benefit the John F. and Valerie Curry Scholarship Fund.

Wine enthusiasts will have the opportunity to sample hundreds of outstanding domestic and international wines and some of the Lowcountry’s best cuisine at the premier wine event, Saturday, March 14 at The Sea Pines Resort.

The Festival’s Kick Off Event, the showing of “A Good Year” starring Russell Crow. Come watch this romantic, wine themed movie in the plush surroundings of Custom Audio Video’s state of the art showroom. Enjoy gourmet small plates By Redfish Bluffton, award winning wine from the 2015 International Wine Judging and listen to a Advanced Sommelier, Jacob Gragg, discuss the movie and wine.

BYOB – Build Your Own Bordeaux is a unique seminar. Tom Hines of Trinchero Family Estates invites every guest to blend their own wine out of the classic varietal components of Bordeaux; Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Petite Verdot, Cabernet Franc. Guests will use Trinchero Reserve’s single Vineyard Estate Wines to create their blend, and can even see what our Meritage tastes like before blending their own.
