Welcome to Binya, a Gullah and Lowcountry-focused gift shop! "Binya" is a Gullah word meaning "been here" and is used to affectionately describe native islanders and/or those with ancestral ties to the island. The store was created by a Binya, to celebrate, as well as educate and inspire people of all races and generations about, her Gullah heritage.
