African Americans in the Civil War

Joseph McGill, historian and founder of Company “I” 54th Massachusetts Reenactment Regiment in Charleston, will share the role that African Americans played during the Civil War, particularly on Hilton Head Island. America Sings!

An Evening in Egypt

A guided gallery walk with stories of life and after-life in this ancient African civilization. Art in the Marsh
