The Inn at Palmetto Bluff has been named the No. 2 resort in the country in the 2006 Conde Nast Traveler Reader's Choice Awards.

Open two years, the Inn at Palmetto Bluff has 50 guest cottages, cottage suites and full-service village homes. The resort has an 18-hole Jack Nicklaus golf course, a waterfront restaurant, sports complex and a spa.

The inn is part of Palmetto Bluff, a 20,000-acre residential and recreational community being developed midway between Hilton Head Island and Savannah, near Bluffton. The Inn at Palmetto Bluff is the first East Coast property run by Auberge Resorts.
