For more than 30 years, Outside Hilton Head has been providing fun and memorable outdoor activities to Hilton Head Island residents and visitors. Back in 1979, we were a fledgling windsurfing school operating off the beach in Sea Pines Plantation. Since then, Outside Hilton Head has grown to become the lowcountry's premiere outdoor outfitter. In addition to providing a multitude of excellent programs 365 days of the year, Outside Hilton Head has a retail shop loaded with everything you need for your adventure.

Our programs include guided Kayak Tours, Kayak Fishing, boat based Dolphin Tours, Charter Fishing, Boat Charters and Rentals, tours of historic Daufuskie Island, and Team & Leadership programs. New to our line-up this year is Stand Up Paddleboarding! We have an awesome outdoor facility on our own Page Island that includes low and high rope challenge courses and camping.
