The Heyward House Historic Center, located at 70 Boundary Street, is in the heart of Bluffton’s Nationally Registered Historic District. Operated by the Bluffton Historical Preservation Society, a tour of the Heyward House provides visitors a glimpse into the past.  Guided tours of the house and grounds are offered daily for a nominal fee. Guided walking tours of Old Town Bluffton are also available by appointment on Monday – Friday. One of only eight antebellum homes to survive the Civil War, this well-preserved house museum is the only historic home in Bluffton that is open to the public for tours. Stop by the Heyward House for a visit when you’re in town, and see what the Bluffton State of Mind is all about! Hours of Operation: Monday – Friday: 10 am – 4 pm   Saturday: 11 am – 2 pm
