REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
To make things easier, the VCB can handle contacting all of the multiple hotels and resorts for you. Our RFP services include gathering information about your meeting or convention requirements and sending this information only to the properties that match your needs. We will collect bids from multiple properties and present them to you in a way that helps you easily understand the offers being extended to your group. Click here to request a proposal.

SITE INSPECTION COORDINATION
When you determine which proposals are of interest, we welcome you to visit the Island to see first-hand what your group will experience. We will assist with securing lodging accommodations and arranging the site tour appointments you request. If you need an airport pick-up, on-Island transportation or would like to visit local attractions, we can arrange that too. Our goal is to help you experience all that Hilton Head Island has to offer.

While you are busy attending your meeting events, your spouse can get out and enjoy the endless activities available on the Island. Shopping in our boutiques or art galleries, hitting the links or sunning on the beaches are a great way to spend a relaxing day on Hilton Head Island. For an authentic experience, spouses or family members can enjoy a dolphin nature tour, a sailing adventure or even a deep sea fishing expedition. Or, relish local history by exploring the native Gullah Culture, the direct descendents of West Africans brought here during the slave trade who have called Hilton Head Island home for centuries.
